新疆高职院校中青年体育教师培养研究

A Research on Cultivation of Young & Middle-Aged PE Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

文章运用文献资料、调查问卷、个别访谈等研究方法,对新疆14所高职院校体育师资队伍情况进行调查研究。各院校普遍存在体育专职教师人数少、职称和学历低,专项分布不均衡、职业实用性体育课程开发落后等问题,并以乌鲁木齐职业大学中青年体育师资建设为例,提出构建中青年体育教师培养的总目标及分段培养目标,归纳、总结中青年体育教师培养的具体方法。

The author uses the literature data, questionnaire, and interview method to investigate the PE teachers in 14 higher vocational schools in Xinjiang and finds that PE teachers are small in number, their professional tittles are in a low level in general, and vocational and practical PE courses in these schools are not enough. The author argues that the cultivation of young and middle-aged PE teachers should be implemented in different stages.
