摘要
文章借鉴国外有关职业倦怠理论和测量工具,采用问卷的方法,调查研究了目前乌鲁木齐地区高校英语教师职业倦怠的状况。结果表明:从总体来看,被调查的英语教师存在职业倦怠现象,但程度并不十分严重。个人、学校和社会应共同努力预防和缓解高校英语教师职业倦怠。
The paper resorts to the theory of job burnout and the measurement tools from abroad and uses questionnaire to investigate the status of job burnout of the English teachers working in the higher schools in Urumqi. The investigation shows that there exists, in general, the phenomenon of teaching burnout in the investigated teachers but the degree of burnout is not high. Teachers and schools should both exert efforts to overcome this teaching burnout.
