摘要 近年来移动商务发展迅速,但其渗透率还是不高,因此需要分析哪些因素影响了用户的使用意愿。本文以信息技术领域研究最广泛的TAM模型为基础,然后对其他学者的研究进行了综述。最后进行总结。
