摘要
采用透射电镜、X射线衍射仪和金相显微镜,研究了Fv520(B)马氏体时效硬化不锈钢,经过1050℃固溶处理及1050℃固溶处理+850℃调整处理,在430~650℃时效温度范围内显微组织变化及对耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:该钢在470℃时效时,时效相开始析出,560℃时,时效相开始脱溶,该钢时效后,具有良好的抗晶间腐蚀能力。
The structure and corrosion resistance of age hardened martensitic stainless steel
Fv520(B) 1050 solid\| solution\|treated, 850 intermediate treated and 430650 aged have been
studied using transmission electron microscope (TEM), x\| ray diffractometer (XRD) and optical
microscope (OM). The results showed that the aging phases in steel began precipitating at 470
and separated out at 560, and the steel aged had excellent corrosion resistance.
