摘要 应用P-C法(Pack-Cementation)对中碳钢进行Cr-Si-Al复合涂覆,用光学显微镜观察了涂层的形貌,用电子探针及扫描电镜测定了涂层的表面成分及Cr,Si,Al在涂层中的分布,用X射线衍射测定了涂层的结构.将经涂覆后的试样进行盐水腐蚀和高温氧化试验,结果表明。 Medium carbon steel is coated with Cr Si Al by P C method (Pack Cementation).The morphology of coating is observed by using optical microscope.The surface composition of coating and the density distribution of Cr Si Al in coating are measured by EMP.The structure of coating is determined by X ray diffraction.The testing results of corrosion in salt water and oxidation at high temperature show that the corrosion and oxidation resistance of medium carbon steel coated by P C method is improved significarntly.
