摘要
分析了１６ＭＮ剪切机刀片的载荷特点、破坏形式；阐述了其刀片修复的基本思路，并给出了经修复后刀片的显微组织特点．修复刀片经现场使用后表明。
The load features and wreck patterns of 16 MN billet shear blades are described.The schemes of the blade renovation and the microstructure features of the restored blads are given.The practical use of the restored blade on the shear showed that its life is doubled.
