高血压脑出血术后患者的康复治疗

目的：探讨高血压脑出血后患者的康复治疗的临床效果。方法：采用回顾性分析的方法，分析我院神经外科2006年1月～2009年1月收治的高血压脑出血术后病例120例的临床资料，依据治疗方式的不同，随机分为观察组（64例）和对照组（56例）。结果：通过对观察组和对照组在接受康复治疗前后的Fugl—Meyer评分和Barthel指数评分的比较，发现两组患者在接受康复治疗后的评分均较治疗前明显升高（P〈0．05）；观察组与对照组的Fugl—Meyer评分和Barthel指数评分在接受康复治疗前无显著性差异（P〉0.05），但在接受康复治疗后却具有显著的差异性（P〈0.05）。结论：高血压脑出血后患者术后康复应与治疗并进，药物治疗仍很重要。
