目的：探讨产妇产后出血急救及护理措施，提高治愈率。方法回顾性分析我院46例产妇产后出血的临床资料。结果：经快速止血、补充血容量和预防感染等措施，并经过精心护理，所有病例均全部治愈出院。结论：及时发现产后出血并及时处理，细致地观察与护理是急救成功，减少死亡率的关键。

Objective Postpartum hemorrhage of first aid and nursing care measures to improve the cure rate .Methods We retrospectively analyzed 46 cases of postpartum hemorrhage in hospital clinical data .Results The rapid hemostasis, complement from the blood volume and other measures to prevent infection, and after intensive care, all patients were cured and discharged.conclusions Timely detection and timely treatment of postpartum hemorrhage, careful observation and first aid care is successful, the key to reducing mortality.
