脂蛋白（a）的检测在冠心病患者中的意义 被引量：2

摘要 目的：本文探讨检测脂蛋白（a）（LP（a））在冠心病（CHD）患者中的临床意义。方法：采用免疫比浊法分别检测68例CHD患者和40例健康对照者血清中LP（a）水平变化。结果：CHD组LP（a）水平明显高于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。随着病变程度的进展，LP（a）水平逐渐增高（P〈0.05）。CHD患者血清LP（a）水平呈显著负相关（r=-0．324，P〈0．05）。结论血清LP（a）的变化与CHD的发生、发展密切相关，并且有助于判断冠状动脉的病变程度，可以作为临床诊断及判断病情的有效指标。
