摘要
目的:探讨建立一种肝硬化基础上兔肝转移癌的动物模型的方法。方法:选取50只雄性成年新西兰长耳兔,给予CCl4橄榄油溶液和食用白酒的方法诱导肝硬化模型。动态观察实验组兔不同时期的体重变化,死亡率,肝假小叶形成率。在实验第九周肝肝硬化诱导成功后,经脾脏接种VX2肿瘤细胞,6周后观察肝转移癌发生率。结果:诱导9周后,实验组兔体重增长慢,肝硬化诱导成功,假小叶形成率80%,接种VX2肿瘤细胞6周后,肝转移癌形成率约20%。实验过程中实验兔死亡率20%。结论:CCl4和食用酒精可成功诱导兔肝硬化模型,经脾脏注射接种VX2肿瘤细胞能建立肝硬化基础上的肝转移癌模型。
Objective:To investigate one method of establishing liver cancer o METHODS : fifty male rabbits were treated with CCl4 olive solution and drinkable alcohol to induce liver cirrhosis model. At the end of 9 weeks, inoculated with VX2 tumor to the rabbits by injected the tumor cell to the spleen. RESULTS : After being induced with the olive or CCl4 9 weeks, the body mass of rabbits increased slowly and the formation rate of liver cirrhosis false lobe was 80% at the end of 9 weeks. After inoculated with VX2 tumor for 6 weeks, formation rate of liver metastasis was 20%, the mortality of rabbits was 20% during the exoeriment. CONCLUSION:Liver cirrhosis model of rabbits can be successfully induced by CCl4 and drinkable alcohol, we establish a new animal model of liver metastasis based on liver cirrhosis.
