摘要
本研究综合了ASTM D3946-92和ASTM E686-91两个方法,建立了能够通空气模拟实际工况的试验装置和适用于评定水基金属加工液及其抗菌剂抗菌性能的试验方法.并选用五个不同样品(含和不含抗菌剂)对所建评定方法进行了考察.结果充分表明,本方法能够在试验室区分各样品的优劣,并且本方法所确定的金属加工被变质指标与样品的pH值和稳定性的变化有很好的对应关系.
In the present study, a special test apparatus has been developed which can aerate air and annulate the working system. The evaluating method from combination of ASTM D3946 - 92 and ASTM E686 - 91 has been set up. This evaluating method was investigated by using five samples containing biocides or not. The result showed that this method is applicable for determining the ratings of fluids in laboratory. There is a good corresponding relationship between the spoilage criteria that have been defined in the evaluating method and the change of the pH and physical stability in the fluids.
