摘要
本研究旨在探讨高校激励制度对教师工作投入与工作满足间的关系与影响,针对国内一教学研究性大学分析,尝试延续理论及补偿理论以外的解释角。本研究发现,在高校教师人口属性变项"教育程度、性别、职务类别"对激励制度与工作投入、工作满足皆具有影响,本研究实证结果,激励制度与工作投入、工作满足三者存在正相关。研究者根据本研究之发现与实证结果,进一步提出管理应用及后续研究之建议。
This research aims at probing into its incentive system regarding to job involvement and job satisfaction relations and influence, with particular interest in the teachers of university, in an attempt to further extend the theory and compensate the explanation beyond the theory. The present research finds the d degree of education, gender, and post classification hasve significant effect with incentive emographic variables system, job involvement and job satisfaction. The empirical result of this study finds that there is positive correlation between incentive system, job involvement and job satisfaction. Based on the findings of this research, this study provides suggestions for future management applications and follow - up studies.
