摘要
应用FLUENT数值模拟软件,模拟了新型磷矿分选重介质旋流器的流场,并与传统磷矿分选旋流器流场的压力、速度、颗粒运动轨迹进行了对比分析,系统地研究了新型磷矿三产品重介质旋流器的结构及流场特性,为新型旋流器的开发奠定了理论基础。
Flow field of new type heavy-medium cyclone for phosphate rock separation was simulated by using FLUENT numerical simulation software.The comparative analyses of pressure,velocity,particle movement track of the flow field with the one of traditional cyclone for phosphate rock separation were conducted.The structure and flow field characteristics of the new type heavy medium cyclone for phosphate rock separation were studied systematically,a theoretical basis for the development of new type cyclone was established on the basis of it.
