织金中低品位磷矿石浮选尾矿性质研究

Study on floatation tailings of Zhijin middle-low grade phosphate rock

本研究针对贵州织金中低品位磷矿石,对采用"一粗一精"的浮选流程所获得的尾矿产品进行了研究。结果表明:尾矿P2O5的品位为13.79%,TR2O3为0.084%,尾矿粒度较细,-75μm级别产率为72.75%,该粒级P2O5分布率为75.03%,主要矿物为白云石,其次是氟磷灰石。

Study on the floatation tailings product of middle-low grade phosphate rock from Zhijin,Guizhou was conducted.The results showed that the grade of P2O5 and TR2O3 were 13.79% and 0.084%,respectively, and the product below 75 μm was 72.75%,the distribution ratio of P2O5 in this fraction was 75.03%,and the primary minerals of tailing were dolomite and fluorapatite.
