摘要 介绍传统环形交叉口和现代环形交叉口的区别,提出现代环形交叉口的适用条件、设计要点以及现代环形交叉口的自行车道设计方法,最后介绍一种新型双车道环形交叉口——涡轮式环形交叉口。环形交叉口比传统交叉口更加安全,涡轮式环形交叉口解决双车道环形交叉口的安全问题。 Traditional roundabouts can't satisfy the present traffic demand,so that modern roundabouts is now used to replace traditional roundabouts in the abroad.Firstly introduce differences between traditional roundabouts and modern roundabouts,propose conditions for application of modern roundabouts and basic safety design features and design methods of cycle facilities;lastly introduce a new kind of double-lane roundabouts——turbo-roundabout.
