介绍编组站、空压站的设备概况,微机监控系统的功能及其实现。监控系统采用三级控制结构,各级分工完成系统的数据采集、命令执行、系统控制与管理工作,监控软件采用MCGS工控组态软件开发。监控系统能使空压站安全、可靠、高效、节能地运行。

This paper introduces general situation of equipment in marshalling yard air compressor station and the function of microcomputer monitor and control system.The system structure is designed in three levels which perform data acquisition,command execution,system control and management respectively.Software is designed by MCGS industrial configuration software.The monitor and control system can ensure that the air compressor station works safely,reliably,efficiently and energy saving.
