摘要
针对应用型本科院校培养卓越工程师的要求,分析培养卓越工程师的条件及卓越工程师应具备的素质,即建设一支工程实践能力强的师资队伍,建设学生工程实践能力的培养平台;使培养的卓越工程师热爱祖国,具有完善的知识结构、开拓创新能力及丰富的课外知识。
Based on the requests of training the excellent engineer in the application-oriented institutes,this paper analyzes the conditions of training excellent engineer and the qualities which engineers should have ,namely to build a teaching staff with strong ability of engineering practice and a training flat roof of student engineering practice,to make trained excellent engineer love the motherland,place nation profit higher than all things,and have perfect knowledge structure,the ability of exploiting innovation,and abundant extracurricular knowledge.
