摘要
教育工程师是基于教育理论,在一定教育观支配下,对教育理论进行开发转化,面向教育实践筹划教育操作思路的人,是联系教育理论工作者和一线教师的中介主体。基础教育课程改革的深化需要教育工程师,教育工程师的缺席造成教育理论工作者与一线教师无法有效对话、教育理论与教育实践持续疏离。教育工程师的存在能够促进教育理论与实践的共同发展,促进教师专业能力的发展,进而深化基础教育课程改革,使教育工作者队伍结构趋于完善。
Education engineers are those who develop,transform,plan and design educational thinking based on educational theories and concepts.They are intermediate between educational theoretical researchers and workers.The reform of elementary education needs education engineers.The absence of them leads to difficulty in dialogues and inefficiency in theory and practice.Education engineers can promote the theory and practice,increase teaching proficiency,and improve the primary curricula and structure of teachers.
