大学生就业难:过度教育与教育不足辨析

大学生就业难是当前一个显而易见的事实。有学者将这种局面归因于过度教育,认为高等教育发展过快,挤占了基础教育资源;普通教育(特别是普通高等教育)的强势影响,削弱了职业教育的吸引力;大学生太多,而且学历层次越来越高,大大超过了社会所供给的岗位,教育匹配与职业匹配的矛盾越来越尖锐。事实上,大学生就业难不是过度教育,恰恰相反,是教育不足的集中体现。缓解大学生就业压力,只能增强教育力度,提高教育质量。
