摘要
简要分析目前城市轨道交通所采用的车辆维修制度及修程存在的不足;结合南京地铁所确立的全效修模式特点及实施初期存在的问题,探讨并分析了在实施全效修过程中融合可靠性维修理念的适用性。结合南京地铁车辆维修实际,提出基于可靠性的全效修维修模式优化技术路线,在保障关键敏感设备安全可靠的基础上,实现维修规程优化重组、维修流程再造,以及维修资源配置的优化,以进一步提高维修效率和经济效益。
The limitation of the maintenance mode adopted in most urban rail transports at present is briefly analyzed.Based on the characteristics of the total efficiency maintenance mode that Nanjing metro currently implemented and the problems exist during the early phase,this paper discusses the applicability of the total efficiency maintenance mode which combines the reliability maintenance theory,then according to the actuality,proposes a technology to optimize the total efficiency maintenance mode on reliability,in order to ensure the reliability of the pivotal equipment on the train,at the same time,to realize the optimization of the maintenance regulations and the working flow.Consequently the maintenance efficiency economy benefit will be improved.
