高效液相色谱法测定宫瘤清片中大黄素含量

Determination of Emodin in Gongliuqing Tablets by HPLC

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定宫瘤清片中大黄素的含量。方法:色谱柱为默克C18(150mm×4.6mm);流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(75∶25);检测波长286nm;流速:1.0mL/min。结果:大黄素的线性范围为4.09～14.31μg/mL(r=0.9999);平均回收率为100.5%(RSD=1.36%)。结论:本法简便快速,结果准确可靠,可作为该制剂中的大黄素的质量控制方法。

To establish a HPLC method for determination of emodin in Gongliuqing tablets,the chromatographic column of Merck C18（150mm×4.6mm）was used.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% phosphoric（75∶25）and the flow rate was 1.0mL /min.The detection wavelength was set at 286nm.The linear response range was 4.09~14.31μg/mL（r=0.9999）.The mean recovery was 100.5%（RSD=1.36%）.This method is simple,rapid and accurate.So it is suitable for determination of emodin in Gongliuqing tablets.
