摘要
回顾了动物转基因研究的发展历程,综述了现有的转基因方法,并简要介绍了该技术给农业、生物医药、环境保护、生物材料、生物反恐等领域带来的新变化,同时,展望了转基因动物的发展前景。
This paper reviews the recent advances and applications of transgenesis in livestock and their derivative products.Firstly,the developments in transgenic techniques are presented.Secondly,its emerging applications in the field of agriculture,pharmaceuticals,environmental protection,biological materials and anti-terrorism are analyzed.Finally,the prospects of transgenic animals are discussed.
