摘要
对六盘水矿区高铁的煤矸石采用低温焙烧后,进行酸浸除铁,获得的优化除铁条件是:用18%的硫酸,固液比为1∶8,在350℃焙烧2 h,在90℃酸浸2.5 h,除铁率达到95%以上,并利用酸浸废液制备了氧化铁红。
The gangue with high iron contents in Liupanshui mining area was removed iron by acid leaching after low temperature baking,then the optimal conditions were obtained as follows:the sulfuric acid concentration was 18%,the solid-liquid ratio was 1 ∶8,baking at 350 ℃ for 2 h and acid leaching at 90 ℃ for 2.5 h,the iron removal ratio was more than 95%,finally the waste liquid of acid leaching was used to synthesize iron oxide red.
