摘要
研究了丙酮提取番茄红素的最佳条件,考察了丙酮体积分数、提取温度、固液比与提取时间对提取量的影响。结果表明,番茄红素的最佳提取工艺为:丙酮体积分数70%,提取温度40℃,固液比1∶5(g/mL),提取时间60 m in。在此条件下,番茄红素的提取量为12.47 mg/g。
The optimum method of extracting lycopene from tomato was investigated.The effect of acetone concentration,extraction temperature,material-liquid ratio,and extracting time on extraction was carried out.The results showed that the optimal condition was as follows:acetone concentration 70%,extraction temperature 40 ℃,material-liquid ratio 1 ∶5(g/mL),and extracting time 60 min,the optimal extraction amount was 12.47 mg/g.
