Arabidopsis thaliana is a model plant applied widely for genetic and biological study.It is difficult for artificial cultivation because of its specific environmental adapatability.The cultivation methods of Arabidopsis thaliana in laboratory and greenhouse were introduced,such as cultivation substrate,seedling-raising method,cultivation condition,transplanting management and so on.
