This paper discusses the current situation and existing problems of intellectual property protection of traditional Chinese Medicine.The Chinese Medicine industry is imperative to enhance intellectual property protection.This article gives some policy recommendations to strengthen intellectual property protection of traditional Chinese medicine with a view to laying the foundation for achieving the modernization of Chinese Medicine.
