摘要
对刀具回转类(镗床类)与工件回转类(车床类)两种机床主轴回转误差测试数据采用不同模型处理并进行仿真,得出结论:车床类主轴在加工中不存在最佳和最差装刀或对刀方位,而镗床类则存在。镗床类主轴在最佳方位上装刀,可使加工误差最小,此方位只需被测元件一次安装和测试即可求出。
The test data of error
motion for machine spindle of boring machine and lathe are treated and simulated respectively
with different models. The conclusion is that the best locating direction of cutter as well as the
worst one,in operation , are being to boring machine but not being to lathe. Fixing a cutting tool in
best direction will make the operating error smallest.This direction can be obtained by fixing and
testing the measured element only one time.
