华氏巨球蛋白血症伴发视网膜脱离的中西医结合治疗

Alternative Therapy in Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia-associated Retinal Detachment

华氏巨球蛋白血症是一个罕见的单克隆免疫球蛋白IgM异常增生的浆细胞淋巴瘤,本文报道了一个华氏巨球蛋白血症伴随视网膜脱离的病例,66岁男性突发右眼视力障碍,散瞳后的眼底检查表现为视网膜脱离,实验室和骨髓穿刺结果证实为华氏巨球蛋白血症。患者经过系统的化疗并结合中医药治疗后,眼底改变得到明显改善。这篇病例报告为尝试运用中医药和针灸相结合的方案治疗华氏巨球蛋白血症伴随视网膜脱离提供了新的机会,同时,有助于临床医生应用辨证施治的整体观念来理解疾病的本质。

Objective：Waldenstrom＇s macroglobulinaemia（WM） is a rare,malignant monoclonal lymphoproliferative disorder characterized by the monoclonal proliferation of immunoglobulin type M（IgM）.A patient of Waldenstrom＇s macroglobulinaemia associated with retinal detachment was reported.Case report：A 66-year-old male patient presented with sudden visual disturbance on right eye,dilated fundal examination showed retinal detachment.Laboratory investigations and bone marrow trephine biopsy was consistent with Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia.The patient received the systemic chemotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine,fundal appearances had improved.Conclusion： The report provides new opportunities to explore the therapy with Chinese Medicine and acupuncture.The finding can aid the clinician in understanding the concept of ＂entirety＂ which response to the essential cause of disease.
