中西医结合治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘54例疗效观察

Clinical Study on Combining Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating 54 Cases of Cough Variant Asthma

目的:观察中西医结合治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效。方法:把54例咳嗽变异性哮喘分为治疗组和对照组,对照组25例予以口服氨茶碱和酮替芬,治疗组29例在对照组基础上加中药治疗,每日一剂。两组的疗程均为一个月。结果:治疗组的患者疗效高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效显著。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of combining Chinese and western medicine in treating 54 cases of cough variant asthma.Methods：The 54 cases of CVA were recruited,which were divided into two groups randomly ：treatment group（29cases） and control group（25cases）.The control group was treated by Aminophylline and Ketotifen;One month constituted the course of treatment.The treatment group by Aminophylline Ketotifen and TCM.Results：There were great improvement in both groups,but the effection in treatment group was greater than control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Combining Chinese and western medicine effective for the treatment of CVA.
