蛋白质相互作用网络的多参数模糊关系分析

摘要 分析蛋白质相互作用网络的拓扑结构特征与生物进化之间的关系,并用于预测蛋白质的功能是后基因时代重要的研究课题。本文提出了基于模糊数学理论的蛋白质网络多种拓扑属性模糊关系数学模型,并应用频数分析算法将无序的模糊关系数据进行序列化。通过分析蛋白质网络拓扑属性模糊关系参数可以为研究生物进化与蛋白质网络结构之间的关系提供数据基础,同时也为预测未知蛋白质的功能奠定了基础。该方法为研究蛋白质网络进化和标记蛋白质的功能开拓了一个新的方向。 It is an important issue in post-genome era that to analyze the relationship between the topology structure characters of Protein-Protein Interaction Networks and biological evolution,and it is also essential to predict the functions of unknown proteins.This paper provides a mathematic model to describe the fuzzy relationship of multiple topology structure characters of PPI Network,based on fuzzy mathematic theory,and applies frequency analysis algorithm to serialize the parameters of fuzzy relation,which is an unordered collection of data.To analyze the fuzzy relationship parameter not only can provide data foundation for studying the relationship between biological evolution and PPI Network but also can provide foundation for predicting the functions of unknown proteins.It also set a new direction to research the proteins network evolution and marking proteins function.
