摘要
球载雷达对球上设备质量范围要求较高,为了达到设计指标,天线采用轻质碳纤维复合材料以减轻质量。利用HYPEMESH和ANSYS对天线骨架进行力学分析,在力学分析的基础上,充分利用复合材料的可设计性,设计出符合要求的轻质碳纤维复合材料天线。同时总结了大尺寸、轻质碳纤维复合材料天线一些设计经验。
The weight of radar in modern radar aerostats is strict limited,In order to reach the stand of design,the radar antenna made of carbon fiber composite material to reduce the weight of antenna.This paper make mechanics analysis on the antenna by HYPEMESH and ANSYS,on the base of mechanics analysis and take full advantage of carbon fiber composite material,the regular antenna were design.At last,the author give some advice about how to design the light composite material antenna.
