摘要 响应面法是目前应用于机械优化设计中的方法,采用响应面法建立水介质阀控型液力耦合器叶轮的质量函数表达式,解决了叶轮结构复杂、难以直接建立精确数学模型的问题,采用MATLAB软件,以减轻叶轮质量为目标,对叶轮关键结构参数进行优化设计。 Method of response surface is an important method in mechanical optimization design. Established the mass function of impeller of water valve-controlled hydrodynamic coupling with RSM, and solved the problem that can't establish a directly mathematical model for impeller due to the impeller's structure is complex. At last, it used MATLAB mathematics software to reduce the quality of impeller on the impeller key structural parameters and optimize it.
