摘要
采煤工作面自动化的实现要求对采煤机的位置作实时监测。CAN智能节点可满足采煤机位置监测系统对通讯的实时性、可靠性、灵活性的要求。介绍了采煤机位置监测的基本原理,提出采煤机位置监测智能节点的设计方案,给出了实现方法,并对信号的处理与传输过程做了简要说明。
Achieved on the coal face automation requirements for real-time monitoring of the shearer's location. CAN intelligent node can meet the shearer position monitoring system requirements on the communication, such as real-time and reliability, flexibility. Introduced the basic principles of location monitoring of the shearer, proposed the design of the intelligent node of shearer position monitor, implementation methods are presented, and signal processing and transmission are briefly described.
