导流板对袋式除尘器流场影响的数值分析

Numerical Analysis on Influence of Baffle for Flow of Bag Filter

袋式除尘器的内部流场是否均匀与气体进入袋室前的分配状况有很大关系,其中导流板对其影响较大。借助Fluent软件对添加导流板前后的流场进行数值模拟,结果表明:导流板对流场有明显的影响,添加导流板后袋室内气流的速度场分布更为均匀,滤袋出口流量的不均幅值大大降低。

Whether the air flow inside the bag filter is uniform has great relationship with the air distribution state before entering the bag house. Among them, the baffle plate has greater effect. In this paper numerical simulation to the pre and post structure addition the baffle plate is carried out by using Fluent software. As a result, the design baffle plate had obvious effects on airflow. They made the flow distribution more uniform and flux uneven amplitude greatly reduced.
