摘要
根据原来煤矿矿山立井箕斗灌煤无称重装置、安装空间狭窄和不能采用安装直接称重装置的现场情况,初步研究了基于压力传感器的煤流量自动计算原理和计算方法,提出了PLC灌煤系统间接称重改造方案;另外,还提出了另一种基于模糊控制原理的PLC灌煤系统间接称重改造方案。
