摘要 基于Bernoulli-Euler梁有限元理论建立机床弹性轴动力学模型,应用MATLAB进行数值计算与仿真,求得弯曲振动固有频率与振型,通过实例与理论精确解比较,分析了有限元法计算精度,为机床系统动态设计与振动控制提供参考依据。 The dynamic analysis model of a lathe flexible spindle is set up on Bernoulli-Euler beam and FEM. The numerical calculation and simulation about the dynamic characteristics of the flexible spindle base on MATLAB software is carried out, and the natural frequencies and modal of bending vibration is got. The calculation precision of the finite element method is analyzed through two examples, which offer a theory basis on the dynamic design and the vibration control for machine tool.
