摘要 动刚度是衡量结构抵抗动态激扰能力的特性。通过对主轴箱谐响应分析,绘制主轴箱的频率-振幅曲线和动刚度谱曲线,从曲线中可以直观地看出主轴箱在简谐力作用下的振动和刚度分布情况。在主轴箱的固有频率处,由于共振主轴箱的动刚度较差,故加工中心的工作频率应尽量避开主轴箱的固有频率。对结构进行动刚度分析,了解结构的动刚度情况,为结构的设计和使用提供技术支持。 Dynamic stiffness was a characteristic that measured capacity of structural to resist the dynamic excitation. According to the analysis of harmonic response, the frequency-amplitude and dynamic stiffness curve of headstock was drawn. From the curve, the vibration and stiffness distribution of headstock under the harmonic force were seen directly. In the place of natural frequencies, the dynamic stiffness of headstock was poor because of resonance. Therefore, the natural frequency of headstock would try to be avoided by working frequency of machining center. By analyzing dynamic stiffness of structure, the situation of dynamic stiffness was understood. And technical support was provided for structural design and use.
