乳化液泵曲轴转数对泵液力端汽蚀的影响 被引量:7

摘要 阐述乳化液泵的曲轴转数与液力端产生汽蚀之间的关系和影响。通过对泵的净正吸入压头NPSH的分析和对国内使用的乳化液泵产品的结构参数的调查表明,曲轴转数的增加,是造成液腔内汽蚀的主要原因,高压大流量乳化液泵液力端因汽蚀失效报废增加。因此,曲轴转数不可过高,从性能和经济性两方面考虑,建议曲轴转数在500~550 r/min。 The relationship and impact between the crankshaft speed and cavitation of the fluid end of an emulsion pump were described. Analysis on the pump net positive suction head NPSH and studies on domestic emulsion products' structural parameters indicates that, the increase of the crankshaft speed is the major reason of sap cavity cavitation. Due to cavitation, there is an increase in the failure of high pressure, large flow emulsion pump's fluid end. Therefore, the crankshaft speed could not be too high and should be controlled within reasonable limits. From the aspects of machinery performance and economic efficiency, it is suggested that the crankshaft revolution speed be set between 500 to 550 r/min.
