摘要
为了提高矿用连接环的强度和韧性,对20MnVB钢分别进行了3种热处理,分析研究了不同热处理工艺对钢的组织和性能的影响,结果表明:直接亚温淬火和低温回火的组织为块状铁素体+回火马氏体,与880℃淬火+低温回火相比,在其强度基本不变的基础上,塑性和韧性有所提高;而首先进行950℃预淬火,再进行亚温淬火和低温回火,组织为条状铁素体+回火马氏体,其强度、塑性和韧性同时得以提高。
In order to improve the strength and toughness of the connecting ring, 20MnVB steel samples were heat treated in three different methods. The influences of heat treatment on the mechanical properties of 20MnVB steel have been analyesd and investigated. The results show that the microstructure of 20MnVB steel quenched at 820 ℃ and tempered at 280℃ is blocklike ferrite and tempered martensite, it's plasticity and toughness are a little higher than those of 20MnVB steel quenched at 880℃ and tempered at 280℃ ,while the both are almost same in tensile strength; the microstructure of 20MnVB steel quenched at 820 ℃ and tempered at 280℃ after prequenching at 950 ~C are streaky ferrite and tempered martensite, it's tensile strength, plasticity and toughness are increased simultaneously.
