我国汽车工业的规模经济与产业结构

发展我国的家庭轿车工业是一个令人注目的研究课题。本文主要介绍国家对汽车工业的政策导向和政策方针，在现有的情况下对汽车工业进行基本分析，并指出，在现今一个时期内，国家的相关改革法规的建设、实施力度和到位准确，已经上升到中国家用轿车乃至整个汽车工业发展的主导性因素。关于政策方针，其描述如下：①基本政策可行的现行政策，制定目标和规范系统；②指导性政策目标和倾向性的描述，政策内容和政策重点，适当的政策导向对规模经济和市场培育的扶持。

It is a much challenge and realizable research topic for developing our domestic family-use car industry. Basing on the present situation analysis of the industry, especially on the market demand, this paper is focused on the country policy guidance and policy approaches of the car industry. For the policy approaches, they arc described as: (1) policy basis, presented as practical suitability, objective prescription and system prescription; (2) policy suggestion, which are described as orientation and objective, policy layout and policy emphasis. Under the guideline of suitable policy and the support of the economic scale and market cultivation, our domestic family-use car industry will be sure to have a bright future.
