摘要
介绍飞锯数控系统的硬件设计,采用单片机80C196和8952组成主从结构,用串行方式实现D/A转换,由专用芯片实现光电编码盘和旋转变压器信号的转换,简化电路设计,提高系统可靠性。
A hardware design schema of Flying -saw numerical-control system is special presented in this paper. It is based on the masterslave construction with microcontrolers 8OC196 and 8952,The signal translation of optical encoder and resolver is realized by chips for special purpose, Further, D/A conversion is realized in serial way. All of these simplify the circulate desing and improve system's reliability.
