摘要
为了防控杂草稻,以杂草稻WR03-12、栽培稻沈农265为试验材料,采用盆栽替代法,研究杂草稻对栽培稻沈农265根系形态生理特性和产量的影响。结果表明:杂草稻的竞争导致栽培稻沈农265根质量、根体积、根冠比、根伤流速率、根系吸收面积、单位根质量氧化力、单株根系氧化力等显著降低,降低程度随杂草稻密度的增大而加剧。随杂草稻密度增加,栽培稻的产量极显著降低;杂草稻的竞争对栽培稻根系形态生理特性的不利影响很可能是导致栽培稻减产的重要原因之一。
A replacement series study in pots was conducted to evaluate the effect of weedy rice WR03-12 on root and yield of cultivated rice Shennong 265. It indicated that weedy rice could decrease the indexes of root morphology and physiology of Shennong 265 including root weight,root volume,ratio of root to shoot,sap bleeding rate,absorption area,oxidizing ability per gram or per plant at different growth stages because of weedy rice had powerful competition. The more density of the weedy rice,the more decline of the above. It result the decline of rice yield. As a whole,one of the main reasons causing yield loss of cultivated rice was the decreasing of the root morphology and root activity for competition cultivated rice with weedy rice.
