摘要
以中国春-Synthetic6x染色体代换系及其亲本为材料,通过测定不同磷处理条件下孕穗期、开花期、灌浆期旗叶的叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量,研究低磷胁迫对相关生理性状的影响,并对控制其含量的相关基因进行染色体定位。结果表明,低磷胁迫下,中国春-Synthetic6x染色体代换系及其亲本的叶绿素和类胡萝卜素的含量在测定的各生育时期中明显低于对照;Synthetic6x的2A、1B、7B染色体上携有诱导叶绿素含量增高的相关基因;2A、3A、7B、6D染色体上携有诱导类胡萝卜素含量增高的相关基因。
Wheat substitution lines between Chinese Spring and Synthetic 6x under the treatments of phosphorus deficiency stress and phosphorus normal(control) in different developing stages were studied to research the effect of phosphorus deficiency stress on chlorophyll content and corticoid cntent and locate the gene controlling chlorophyll content and corticoid content. The results showed that chlorophyll content and corticoid content reduced under phosphorus deficiency stress in different developing stages; The genes promoting chlorophyll content might be located on 2A,1B,7B chromosome of Synthetic 6x,and that the genes promoting corticoid content might be located on 2A,3A, 7B,6D chromosome.
