摘要
研究了实验室合成的三乙醇胺改性物的助磨效果,分析了其对水泥性能和水泥颗粒分布等的影响。介绍了以三乙醇胺改性物为主要组分复配的水泥助磨剂的工业化大磨试验情况。研究结果表明:与三乙醇胺相比,合成的三乙醇胺改性物具有更好的助磨效果,能够显著提高水泥性能、优化颗粒级配等。
The grinding effect of triethanolamine modifier that synthesized in the laboratory was researched. The effect of triethanolamine modifier on the properties and particle size distribution of cement were analyzed. Furthermore, the industrialized grinding test of composite grinding aids with triethanolamine modifier as main component was introduced. The results showed that triethanolamine modifier has a better grinding effect than triethanolamine alone. Triethanolamine modifier can also improve the cement properties and optimize particle gradation and etc.
