硒与中药对黄曲霉毒素B_1所致雏鸭生长性能下降的影响

Effects of Selenium and Chinese Herbal Medicine on Growth Performance of Ducklings Exposed by Aflatoxin

为观察亚硒酸钠与复方中药对黄曲霉毒素B1(Aflatoxin B1,AFB1)所致雏鸭生长性能下降的影响,将7日龄120只试验雏鸭随机分成4组,每组30只。Ⅰ组设为空白对照组,以0.1mg/kg剂量每天给Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组雏鸭灌胃投用一次AFB1,并在Ⅲ组雏鸭基础日粮中添加2%复方中药,以1mg/kg剂量每天给Ⅳ组雏鸭灌胃投用亚硒酸钠(Na2SeO3)一次,试验期共21d。结果显示,与Ⅰ组比较,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组雏鸭在灌胃投用AFB1后,其体重、日增重显著下降(P<0.05),料肉比、死亡率显著增高(P<0.05);同时,Ⅱ组生长性能显著低于Ⅲ、Ⅳ组(P<0.05),Ⅲ组显著低于Ⅳ组(P<0.05)。结果表明,灌喂投用亚硒酸钠或在基础日粮中添加复方中药,均能显著缓解AFB1所致雏鸭生长性能下降的影响(P<0.05),且亚硒酸钠的效果显著优于复方中药(P<0.05)。

Effects of sodium selenite and Chinese herbal medicine （CHM） on growth performance of ducklings exposed by aflatoxin B1 （AFB1） were studied in this paper. 7-day-age ducklings were divided into four groups （30 animals each）. The first group was control group. The second group administered intragastrically AFB1 at 0.1 mg/kg body weight. The third group administered intragastrically AFB, at 0.1 mg/kg,which feeding on a mixed diet added in 2% CHM. The fourth group administered intragastrically AFB1 at 0.1 mg/kg and sodium selenite at 1 mg/kg. All treatments were given 1 time/day during 7 to 28 days age. Significant decrease was observed in the growth and average daily gain of all AFB1 treated ducklings as compared to the control,and significant increase in the mortality and feed conversion ratio （P〈0.05）. A similar significant decrease was observed in the growth and average daily gain of CHM and sodium selenite treated ducklings as compared to the group Ⅱ ,and a similar decrease in the mortality and feed conversion ratio was observed in the mortality and feed conversion ratio （P〈0.05）. The results revealed that CHM and sodium selenite could improve growth performance,the efficacy of sodium selenite to reduce AFB1 effect was higher than that of CHM.
