针刺小节穴为主治疗踝关节扭伤的疗效观察

Observation of Clinical Efficacy of needing xiaojie point for sprain of ankle joints

目的:观察针刺小节穴等穴位治疗踝关节扭伤的临床效果。方法:123例踝关节扭伤的患者分为2组,针刺小节穴等穴位组64例(治疗组),冷热敷和制动药物组59例(对照组),观察疗效及治疗时间。结果:2组从疗效上及治疗时间上比较的差异均有显著意义。结论:针刺小节穴等穴位治疗踝关节扭伤起效快,治疗时间短,是一种快速、有效、简单、安全的治疗方法。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Xiaojie and other points on treating sprain of ankle joints.Methods： To divide 123 patients who suffer from sprain of ankle joints to be two groups, 64 of them using acupuncture on Xiaojie point and etc.. （Therapy group）, 59 of them are in hot and cold compression as well as brake drug group. （Control group. ）, observing the effect and recovering time.Result： From both effect and recovering time there are significant differences between two groups.Conclusion： To puncture Xiaojie point and etc.. has rapid and effective result, it is an fast, simple and secure therapy method.
