Analysis on 1050 irrational prescriptions of intravenous drip drugs

目的:分析我院临床静脉滴注药物医嘱的不合理用药情况及探讨药师在静脉滴注药物合理使用中的作用。方法:根据静脉配置中心对已发现并纠正的我院2008年1月～2009年12月的1050份不合理静脉用药的处方进行分析。结果:1050份不合理静脉用药处方中,超剂量使用占39.15%,配伍禁忌占30.69%,药物的浓度不适宜占16.40%,溶媒配伍不合理占8.29%,给药频次不合理占3.17%,联合用药方面问题占2.29%。结论:药师在审方和合理用药过程中发挥着重要作用,能有效降低和预防不良反应的发生。

Objective： To analyze the clinical irrational usage of injection for intravenous drip and investigate the role of pharmacist in the ra- tional use of intravenous drip in our hospital. Methods： Irrational prescriptions of injection for intravenous drip in 1050 cases were analyzed statistieally from January 2008 to December 2009. Results： The proportion of each individual unreasonable prescription in 1050 irrational prescriptions was 39.15% for overdose, 20.69% for drug compatibility, 16.40% for drug concentration, 8.29% for menstruum, 3.17% for drugs using times, 2.29% for combined use of drugs, respectively. Conclusion： Pharmacists play very important roles in reviewing prescription during the process of medicine using and preventing a variety of possible adverse reactions.
