摘要
针对传统定位加工技术存在的问题,提出了自动找正方法,研究了利用无线测头对放置在带有回转工作台的卧式加工中心上的箱体工件进行角度和位移量的找正,从而省去了人工找正和设计精密夹具。可使箱体工件的总加工周期大大缩短,具有良好的应用前景。
For the traditional problems of positioning workpieces on machine tool,I found the method of automatic alignment and researched that put box-parts on CNC maching center correctly by getting the angle needs to rotate and the distance needs to move.We do not need the manual alignment and use of precision jigs,so that shorting the total processing cycle,the processing method has a good prospect.
