碗型发热盘曲面精加工工艺优化——5刀联动复合切削装置设计 被引量:1

摘要 采用5刀联动复合切削装置,对电饭煲碗型发热盘曲面的加工工艺进行了优化;研究了5刀联动复合切削装置的设计方法,对该装置和普通工艺装置进行了分析比较。研究结果表明,该方法提高了加工效率,降低了产品成本,提高了经济效益,解决了同类型薄壁旋转类曲面工件加工工艺的瓶颈问题。 This paper adopted the 5-axis multiplicate cutting machine,to do optimized research on the machining techniques of hot-plate surfaces in an electric cooker.And it also do some research on design approach for the machine,do some analysis and comparison between this machine and common ones.Which indicates that this approach can increase the machining efficiency,cut the cost,improve the economy benefit,resolve the bottleneck problem in the same field.
