摘要
针对细长孔、狭缝内壁等表面粗糙度难测量的问题,提出利用图像处理技术,用模板匹配的原理,对工件表面粗糙度进行比较测量的方法。在图像预处理的基础上,把各种加工方法的表面粗糙度标准块的图像作为模板匹配的模板库,与待测量工件表面图像进行匹配,利用求得的最大相关系数确定工件表面粗糙度。结果表明,这种办法快速方便,可以较好地比较测量工件的表面粗糙度。
Based on the fact that it's rather difficult to measure the surface roughness of the slender holes,slit walls and so on,a method of comparative measurement of surface roughness is proposed in this paper by applying the technology of image processing and the principle of template matching.On the basis of image preprocessing,the standard block images through various processing methods of surface roughness are regarded as a template collection,and are matched with the surface images of the parts to be measured.By using the maximum correlation coefficient,the surface roughness is determined accordingly.The results show that this approach is efficient and easy,and can be used to compare and measure the surface roughness of the parts concerned.
